For over 15 years we’ve been blessed to perform around the world with some of today’s biggest stars as supporting vocalists singing and arranging BGVs.  We often express to one another how much we would have loved to have someone guide us throughout the years and we’re positive we would have saved a lot of time, a lot of money, and a ton of emotional and psychological turmoil. 

By the grace of God, we’ve been able to navigate this industry and fortunately for you, we are eager to help equip you so that you can flourish as a performing artist as well.

We know what it’s like to feel uncertain about the trajectory of your career and also what it feels like to not quite know where to start in order to attain the type of success that you know is possible. We also know that there are various mindsets, perceptions and misconceptions that hinder that success and we’re excited to share these things with you.

We are RAII (pronounced RYE) & Whitney, a husband and wife duo from Illinois. We have traveled the world as supporting vocalists for some of today's biggest artists such as Alicia Keys, Common, Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars, Ari Lennox and John Legend. We were contestants on season 11 of America's Got Talent and are sought after performers for private events, corporate events, weddings, tv shows and award shows through our agency, His & Her Entertainment.

We have arranged the backing vocals and/or performed as supporting vocalists for Fox’s hit show Alter Ego, The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, The Soul Train Awards, The Super Bowl Halftime Show, The NBA Allstar Game Halftime Show, The 2022 Academy Awards (The Oscars) and the 2022 Grammy Awards. 

We have also selected and/or prepped vocalists to perform as supporting vocalists on Saturday Night Live, The Grammys and various Touring Opportunities. We are excited to continue to be an access point for other talented and hard working creatives to pursue their dreams and we look forward to helping you UNLOCK YOUR GIG!
